winter tires or all season

hi my name is ron, my son and I each purchased a new type r . we live in Pennsylvania,and the tires that come on the car cant be used in colder temps, we cant find any same size tires ...245x30x20 that are all season, we need help vplease ,as to what to do..thanx

I too have this question; I'm taking my car from CA to OR and need go winter tires for ice/snow...

Have you used the Sottozero yourself? I'm reading mixed reviews about them...
I have not. The thing that sucks is the number of tires available and that will fit the rims is relatively small so almost anything is expensive and maybe not the best.

I was wondering if it made sense to get a smaller wheel to have a better tire selection tho I'm not sure what/if that is.

I went with 18 inch sotozero 3, cheaper and much better selection with smaller size
