Lease on a TLX 8 Speed with Tech Package

I know they are offering a lease for 299 with 2500 down, 10k a year and 3 years. I am wondering if anyone has leased or been given a lease price with the same deal and the tech package added. If you feel like sharing. What monthly payment did they give you?

I was quoted the same deal. $299 per month with $2499 down.
