- 2026 Honda Civic Si
I just took delivery on a 2026 Honda Civic Si. I am a long-time enthusiast for the ultimate anti-theft device: a manual transmission. This was the tipping point in my purchas of the Civic Si.
Meanwhile I have a number of questions for which I can't find answers in the owner's manual. The first one is how to set up the owner ID. When I sit down in the car, the screen welcomes me and suggests logging on as the owner. It then says I need to switch on the power. Starting the car causes the message to disappear and I can't any switch or icon that will turn on power without starting the engine. I assume this "power mode" is also necessary to listen to the radio when the car isn't running. Can anyone advise me on how to proceed?
